Measurement of internal structure by OCT is non-destructive, non-invasive, high resolution and high speed measurement is possible, so it is used for diagnosis of living tissue. We have been conducting research on spatially resolved spectroscopy that uses OCT to spectrally separate samples into depth structures. In this presentation, we proposed the introduction of K - K analysis to realize spatially resolved spectroscopy by OCT and simulated whether complex refractive index spectrum of simulated sample can be obtained using OCT and K - K analysis to investigate its effectiveness.
