We have realized time domain single shot two dimensional shape measurement method using spatial phase modulator to enable wide range measurement at high speed. On the other hand, we developed a single shot measurement method using VIPA as a single-shot measurement method in frequency domain. In this study, we succeeded in measuring repeating interference by installing an etalon in parallel with VIPA in order to continuously observe the order of multiple optical comb interference.
