[17a-P1-1] Design of multilevel anisotropic diffraction gratings based on genetic algorithm

We developed a system that designs a multilevel anisotropic diffraction grating. The system designs the optimal structure of the grating from the required grating output. To evaluate the system, the system designed the grating from the output of the orthogonal circular polarization hologram. The designed grating output corresponded to the output of the orthogonal circular polarization hologram. The system therefore is able to design multilevel anisotropic diffraction gratings.
