[17a-P5-11] Improved Hole Field-Effect Mobility and Emission Intensity of Polymer Light-Emitting
Transistors Utilizing Fluorene-Based Donor-Acceptor Polymers
Keywords:organic light-emitting transistors
Donor–acceptor polymers induce intermolecular interactions through increased molecular ordering resulting from the self-assembly of polymer chains, and this effect has led to high field-effect mobility in OLETs. The device with the poly(2,7-(9,9-dioctylfluorene-alt-5,5-(4’,7’-di-2-thienyl-2’,1’,3’-benzothiadiazole)) film annealed at moderate temperature exhibits the higher hole mobility of approximately 0.1 cm2/Vs and the higher EL intensity than other fluorene-type polymers.
