[17a-P5-21] Evaluation on change of carrier injection behavior with different contact configuration via EFI-SHG measurement

To evaluate on change of carrier injection behavior with different contact configuration, we fabricated OFET device which use fluorene based copolymer "PSFOT" as a channel layer. By utilizing electric fileld induced second harmonic generation (EFI-SHG) method, we visualized carrier behavior such as injection and transport. From this study, we confirmed different carrier injection behavior occuring from difference of contact configurations. It suggests that different work function of contact electrodes dependent on the configurations.
