It is impossible to paste a planer sheet devices without causing wrinkles because the plane is geometrically different from general curved surface. Of course, it is possible to paste a stretchable device on a curved surface, however, stretchable device cannot keep the shape by itself. We have studied the fabrication method of a curved plastic surface simultaneously with the formation of OTFT array in the curved surface. Our curved surface TFT array is expected to be applied to robot fingertip with haptics.
