[17p-302-2] Fabrication of Organic Thin-Film Transistors and Application to Complementary Circuits by using Reverse-offset Printing

We fabricated complementary integrated circuits using reverse-offset printing method. The structure of device is a stacked structure in which a BGBC structure for p-type OTFT and a TGBC structure for n-type OTFT. The fabricated OTFT operates at more than 0.1 cm2/Vs at channel length 50 micrometer. In addition, transistor characteristics were obtained at channel length 2.5 micrometer. We fabricated inverter circuits using these devices and successfully obtained characteristics with good inversion characteristics at a driving voltage of 2.5 to 10 V.
