[17p-302-5] Development of 4 V operating wireless-flexible magnetic sensor array with organic TFTs

We have integrated organic TFTs circuits and giant magnetic resistance arrays on a 3-µm-thick ultrathin polymer substrate. The fabricated flexible magnetic sensor can detect a strength of magnetic field on free-form surfaces, which is expected to be applied to non-contact position control sensors. We have also demonstrated a wireless system for detecting magnetic field on a human body using the combination of 3 V-operating flexible magnetic sensor arrays and 4 V-operating wireless measurement module.
