We will present the novel toner type printing for solvent-free printed electronics. Resolution test chart pattern was prepared on a flexible substrate, and organic semiconductor toner particle was developed onto the Au electrode pattern by an electrostatic force. We will discuss the present spatial resolution in toner type patterning of the organic semiconductor.
