Acetylene gas temperature is measured using dual-comb spectroscopy. We found that the fitting of intensity profile of a number of spectral lines to a theoretical equation give a precise temperature. This spectroscopically estimated temperature is well agreed with the cell wall temperature measured with a calibrated platinum resistance thermometer at the room temperature.
