In an OFET in which a pentacene thin film and a MoO3 thin film are laminated on an active layer, the ON current is larger than that of an OFET having no MoO3 thin film due to a charge-transfer complex formed at the interface. However, since the on-current and the off-current increase, the on / off ratio becomes small. On the other hand, in this study, we attempted to improve the ON / OFF ratio of the device by reducing the off current by fabricating the MoO3 layer by using the mesh mask.
