The discrimination of nucleobases among single molecule nucleotide was performed by machine learning method. We evaluated the discrimination ability of specific nucleotide among mixed nucleotide signals. As a result, we successfully classified all two molecular species with high-accuracy of (F-measure > 0.7) among any two nucleotide species. From the classified signals, we also found that the molecular structure and the interaction between sample and electrode can influence the signal-behaviors so that these signals are distinguished.
