[18a-231A-8] Automatic Experimental Data Collection System Using a Wireless LAN Capable SD Card as an IoT Device

We constructed an automatic data collection system to gather experimental data from apparatuses and computers that are isolated from the network. SD cards that have wireless LAN and script execution capabilites built in were used as an IoT device. Authentication, format conversion, and data storage are performed via online servers. We present a case study where the system was applied to a combinatorial deposition system to gather logs for mask control status and sensor data.
