[18a-231A-9] Trial of Data Collection of Instrument Analysis in ”Scheme-on-Read” Type

We have started to convert and collect analysis data to construct material research databank in Materials Data Platform Center, National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS). The constraint condition is excluded as much as possible so that the data format can be used for expressing a wide range of analysis techniques, from the standpoint of the "Scheme on Read" method which does not require any change of the raw data format. The converted data is structured with meta information / parameters / numerical data. In our presentation, we will introduce examples of application to actual analysis data.
