The structure and mechanical properties of tungsten nano films are very important for various fields. Although it has been reported that the structural and electric properties of tungsten films are affected by the deposition conditions, the mechanical properties of the tungsten nano films remain unclear. In this study, we measured the structure and elastic constants of tungsten nano films and deuterium-irradiated films by using x-ray methods and picosecond ultrasonics.
