Crystal growth analysis is one of the important research topics in the field of perovskite solar cells and many reports have been published. In this paper, we will present our research results of grazing incident X-ray diffraction analysis using synchrotron radiation X-ray at SPring-8 and crystal growth control by means of vacuum deposition method.
