[18p-145-8] Optoelectronic properties of lead-halide perovskite from polaron model

Kiyoshi Miyata1, Xiaoyang Zhu2 (1.Kyushu Univ., 2.Columbia Univ.)

Keywords:Lead-Halide Perovskites, Hybrid perovskites, Ultrafast spectroscopy

Organic-inorganic lead-halide perovskites have become a star material in solar cellapplications due to their superior optoelectronic properties including long carrierlifetime and defect tolerance, but mechanistic details are still controversial. Here, weinvestigated polaron formation dynamics experimentally using ultrafast spectroscopy. We also discuss the nature of the polaron properties from a point of its unique dielectric functions.
