Ultraviolet Light Emitting Diode(UV-LED) has realized similar level of output power and production cost with UV ramp in the region of UVA and not so far even in the region of UVC.Industorial applications, such as curing, image sensing, exposure, stelirization are started to be replaced by the suport of Minamata Congress. Moreover, microLED display that UV-LED excite RGB phosphor has many advantages, easier control circuit, higher color reproduction etc..
