[18p-212B-11] Visualization of buried inhomogeneous interfaces in thin films by neutrons

Exotic properties of layered thin films are often influenced by inhomogenous distribution of buried interfaces, and therefore some reliable and non-destructive evaluaton is is extremley important. The present talk reports novel imaging technique which can visualize buried inetrfaces by giving spatial resolution to neutron reflectometry, which is highly sensitive to the interfaces.
