[18p-221C-3] Laser-induced local temperature rise on plasmonic silver plating surface and bio-application

We fabricated silver nanostructured substrates with plasmon resonance property at wavelengths from visible to near infrared region by our original plasmonic plating method.We worked on analysis of microbubble generation and nanostructural change caused by local temperature rise when laser beam is focused on silver plating surface, and applied this phenomenon to immobilization of proteins and biosensing using surface enhanced Raman scattering.
