細胞と基質との接着強度の定量評価のためには、細胞の変位を高精度に観察することが不可欠である。本研究ではその新規手法として、フェムト秒レーザー誘起衝撃力による引き起こされる顕微鏡下での微小物体の変位を、4分割フォトダイオードとレーザーを用いた位置センサーにより高感度に検出するシステムを開発し、細胞試料に適用した。
