Keywords:Optical Manipulation, Selective Transport

Movement of microscopic substances can be controlled by using light pressure generated when light irradiated to the substance. We made a theoretical proposal to transport particles selectively using counter-propagating lights. And experiments to actually select diamond particles were reported by this counter-propagating beams and the limitation of the motion dimension using fiber. In this presentation, we discuss the principal of the particle transport on fiber in theoretical simulation. We also describe the possibility of optical-constant measurement method on minute single substance.
