We have developed the measurement method of optical force induced on nanostructures, using a laser trapping technique. This method includes the analysis of trapping potential, and it results in the trade-off between the sensitibity and the stability. To solve the trade-off, we are developing a feedback system of the laser power following the Brownian motion of trapped particles.
