Participate in the Impulsing Paradigm Change through Disruptive Technologies Program (ImPACT) Project and commercialized the high energy ultra-short pulse laser as a palm-sized laser unit using the microchip giant pulse laser technology developed at the Institute for Molecular Science We are working. We report the concept for commercialization, characteristics of pulsed laser by prototype, and processing example applying its characteristics.
