[18p-432-6] Operando Measurements Using Synchrotron X-Ray for Reaction Analysis in Solid State Ionics Devices

We have developed operando measurement techniques using synchrotron X-ray for direct analysis of materials and reactions in solid state ionics devices, such as solid oxide fuel cells and all solid state lithium ion batteries. In this presentation, the details of the developed techniques and our recent researches will be introduced. Electrode reactions and ionic transports in electrodes and electrolytes of solid state ionics devices will be discussed based on results of the operando measurements.
