[18p-PA4-18] Signal Reconstruction in SS-OCT using Compressed Sensing

Keywords:SS-OCT, compressed sensing

Compressed sensing (CS) is a signal processing technique for reconstructing a signal from less samples than required by Nyquist sampling rate. We applied CS to swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT ) for the first time to the best of our knowledge. We used the dispersion-tuned fiber laser as swept-source which is suitable for CS imaging because its ability of flexible frequency sweep is compatible with incoherent sampling. We achieved the same resolution of PSF and CS-OCT images with less sampling data compared to the rescaling method.
