[18p-PA5-12] Time Domain Reflectomfetry on Pentacene TFT for Time-resolved Analysis of Carrier Injection

We propose time domain reflectometry to measure the carrier injection process of organic semiconductor transistor. In this method, a rectangular wave is sent to the sample and the instantaneous impedance is obtained from the waveform of the reflected wave. In this study, we analyzed time evolution of the impedance due to the carrier injection in the pentacene TFT structure when applying a voltage different from the previous reports and we will discuss the carrier injection dynamics both in the thickness direction and in-plane direction.
