Stress analysis was performed with Finite Element Method in curved surface device. We calculated the structural model divided into elements of the same shape as the actual curved surface device and clarified mechanical strain distribution when normal displacement was applied on the surface of the curved surface device. Robot fingers that equip tactile sense is expected by combining the strain distribution induced by touching against an object and deep learning.
