The fabrication of inorganic/organic hybrid distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) based on inorganic CuSCN with high refractive index is investigated to realize all-solution processed polymer light-emitting diodes (PLEDs) with the narrowing of electroluminescence (EL) spectra. The narrowing of EL spectrum with a full width at half maximum of approximately 25 nm is obtained from all-solution-processed PLED with DBR except for a silver cathode.
