[18p-PB1-21] Detection of spin transfer torque driven by spin Hall effect with NV center in diamond
Keywords:spin wave, Nitrogen Vacancy center in diamond
Nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center in diamond shows triplet state, ms = 0 and ms = ±1 with zero field splitting of 2.87GHz. The magnetic resonance of NV center can be detected optically, and this can be applied to a higly-sensitive magnetometric sensor. In this study, detection of spin torque driven by spin Hall effect was studied with NV center. Surface spin wave excited in a yttrium iron garnet (YIG) sample was modulated by spin transfer torque driven by spin Hall effect; induced by current flowing in platinum film on the YIG sample.
