[18p-PB1-26] Thickness dependence of Spin Hall magnetoresistance in CoFe₂O₄/Pt/CoFe₂O₄

The spin Hall magnetoresistive effect reported in 2013 is studied intensively using YIG / Pt and so on. Most of them are two-layered films such as YIG / Pt, and few reports on SMR of three-layer film are made. In this study, the dependence of SMR on Pt thickness is investigated and the difference between the bilayered film and trilayers will be discussed.
