High-performance n-type organic semiconductors are highly desired for developing organic electroncis devices, particularly, CMOS-based electronic circuits. We will show material's design, device performances, etc. of novel, small-molecular n-type organic semiconductors synthesized by our group. This material exhibits a band-like electron transport property and high device stabilities under environmental and thermal stresses.
