Recently, we have developed a new n-type organic semiconductor namely BQQDI that shows high electron mobility and solution processability. In this presentation, the synthesis, fundamental property and thin-film transistor property of a series of BQQDI derivatives with cyano group introduced regioselectively to the core in order to improve the solubility and ambient stability will be reported.
