New impedance analysis software using plots as interactive interface for initial modeling was developed. By this software, user can make an initial model and set the initial parameter values easily through the interactive plots. As a result, impedance spectrum showing different shape from an ideal one such as Debye-type relaxation can be analyzed by convolution of several Debye-type relaxation. Therefore, impedance analysis can be realized with no use of pseudo-element such as constant phase element, Havriliak-Negami relaxer.
