Metallic nanoparticle shows low-temperature sintering property, and the sinter joining technique using nanoparticle has recently been attractive. To optimize the sintering process of nanoparticle, not only the macroscopic but also the microscopic evaluation of the sintering behavior is indispensable. In the present work, the sintering property was quantitatively evaluated by the high-temperature in situ X-ray diffractometry from a viewpoint of crystalline structure.
