In this study, we determined the synthesis parameters to control the density of carbon nanotube (CNT) array, which considered that important condition to fabricate drawable CNT arrays. The gas of carbon source was introduced in temperature rising process to grow high-density CNT array. Results of this experiment, density of CNT array was changed greatly depending on the difference in temperature condition or synthesis time.
