[19a-231C-9] Site-selective formation of nanocrystals and device fabrication using nanoscale electrocrystallization (3)

We have developed the "Nanoscale electrocrystallization" as a novel eco-friendly nanofabrication for the next generation. In this method, nanocrystals were formed only in the gap between two electrochemical electrodes. Furthermore, nanocrystals were bridged between the electrodes. We applied this method to novel organic materials to obtain novel nanocrystals. The characteristics of these devices, and formation manner of the nanocrystals at the solid-liquid interface will be reported.
