Crystal quartz has superior properties for optical material, as wide transparent range, high durability, and high material stability, which are suitable for material of high-intensity wavelength conversion if quasi phase matching structure can be realized. In this talk, we present on a 266nm generation from multi-stacked QPM quartz device.
