We successfully achieved high efficient perovskite solar cells by employing two-step growth of perovskite crystals, including the Cs0.05(MA0.17FA0.83)0.95Pb(I0.83Br0.17)3 was designed as main photo-active layer and removed too excess PbI2 of perovskite film surface by halide solutions, respectively. The anti-humidity stability of perovskite solar cells has also improved to 76.1% compared with the without treated device under humidity of about 60.0%.
