In this presentation, we show that the probability distribution called the Arcsine law plays an important role in the dressed photon phenomenon from the viewpoint of quantum probability theory. As its application, we present about the universal understanding of the mechanism that dressed photons occur at the "tip" and the prophecies of new phenomena suggested from it.
