We have proposed an all-optical imaging technique based on anti-waveguide effect in a saturated absorption medium. In such a medium, the weak probe and strong pump beams are counter-propagating and driving the same transition of two-level atoms in a vapor cell. A doughnut-shaped pump beam is used to create an anti-waveguide structure for a Gaussian-shaped probe beam. In this anti-waveguide, the refractive index of the core is less than that of the cladding and thus the probe beam is guided out of the core area and enters into the cladding and finally transmitted with a clone of pump beam.We found that a doughnut-shaped transverse profile of a strong pump is successfully transfered onto a weak probe beam and the feature size of cloned probe field is reduced by a factor five to that of pump beam.
