[19a-PB1-4] Controlled design of mesopores of boron-doped silicon nanoparticles

Fumio Nakayama1, Keisuke Sato1 (1.Tokyo Denki Univ.)

Keywords:mesopores

Introduction of SiNPs having a particle diameter of about 100 nm or less has been studied as one method for improving the energy conversion efficiency of Si based solar cells. Since SiNPs has a large specific surface area, it is possible to increase the number of optical carriers contributing to energy conversion efficiency with the expansion of the pn interface region. Therefore, in this study, mesopores were formed on the surface of SiNPs doped with boron (B) in order to further expand the pn interface region. In this presentation, we report the effect of B addition into SiNPs on the shape of mesopores.
