[19a-PB2-15] Preparation of textured La-AE-Cu-O layered oxides by MOD method

We prepared La_2-xAE_1+xCu₂O₆ (La2126) thin films on SrTiO₃(100) single crystalline substrates using MOD method. c-axis oriented La2126 films were successfully obntained with systematically controlled La:AE compositions (x = 0-0.4). In addition, microstructures and physical properties will be reported on these films.
