The plasma gene transfer method used in this laboratory is a highly safe gene transfer method without immunogenicity or toxicity. In order to put this plasma gene introduction method into practical use, it is necessary to ascertain as easily as possible the optimum conditions for plasma irradiation which are different for each cell. Therefore, in order to predict the optimal irradiation condition for new cells, data on the cells and the irradiation conditions that have been transfected so far are organized, multivariate analysis is performed, and a prediction formula of the irradiation condition is obtained.
