Relationships between molecular structures of Eu(III) complexes with diphosphine dioxide and b-diketonate- ligands and their properties were investigated. It was found that coordination of diphosphine dioxide with CF3 group- substituted phenyl groups was effective for enlarging photoluminescence intensity and solubility.
