△ [19p-212B-4] Asymmetric Critical Current Properties in SmBa₂Cu₃O_y Films with Various BaHfO₃ Content under In-plane Magnetic Fields

Superconducting diodes requires high rectification property and high current capacity. The former needs high asymmetricity of I_c. In this study, I_c asymmetricity was realized by controlling both the surface and the internal structures of SmBa₂Cu₃O_y thin films. The highest I_c asymmetricity was achieved with low surface roughness and low density of BaHfO₃ nanorods.
