Precision molding processing technology for bioabsorbable polymers is very important as a fundamental technology supporting medical device development, but polymer materials differ in degree of crystallinity and orientation depending on process conditions in molding, and material strength such as mechanical strength and optical transparency. Thus, in this study, we tried to develop precision molding process which enables microneedle formation using bioabsorbable polymer by micromolding method and control of crystallinity. In addition, the evaluation of changes in material properties due to crystallization was investigated.
