General-Use Program of Neutron Scattering operated by Institute for Solid State Physics, The University of Tokyo, has a long history. Together with Institute for Materials Research, Tohoku University and Kyoto University Institute for Integrated Radiation and Nuclear Science, we have 13 neutron scattering instruments for general use. Users are supported their travel expenses and can stay at our guest house during the experiment period. The history and achievement of the program for more than 25 years will be overviewed.
