[19p-223-4] Current Status on Accelerator-Driven System Research Activity and Education Programs at Kyoto University Critical Assembly

Cheol Ho Pyeon1 (1.Kyoto Univ.)

Keywords:KUCA, ADS, Reactor physics experiments

The Kyoto University Critical Assembly is a reactor facility with multiple cores for multipurpose of uses of radiation, having solid-moderated and -reflected cores (A and B cores), and water-moderated and -reflected core (C core). In the A core, basic research on accelerator-driven system has been experimentally engaged with the use of DT accelerator and FFAG accelerator since 2003. Also, in the C core, reactor physics experimental programs has been conducted for undergraduate and graduate school students in domestic and overseas universities since 1975.
