[19p-225B-7] Numerical study on off-Γ BIC in one dimensional grating structures

We numerically investigated off-Γ BIC (Bound state in continuum) in 1D grating structures with a finite length. The off-Γ BIC was observed even in the case of a finite length and reduction of Q-factors due to radiation channel along to the gratings was confirmed.
